It is located in the heart of Berlin, Germany, close to Alexanderplatz it was completed in 1969. The observation deck and a revolving restaurant in the Berliner Fernsehturm sphere. The observation deck which also named panoramic floor is around 220 metres high. Its visibility can reach 42 kilometres on clear days. Visitors need to use an elevator to reach the tower sphere. Alternatively the visitors can climb 986 steps. There's also a cafe called Telecafe that is over 207 metres which will change after 30 minutes.
