The observation deck, also called panoramic floor is approximately 325 metres in height and the visibility can be as high as 42 km on the clear days. Visitors will have to take the lift for the tower sphere. Alternatively climbing up 986 steps. There's also a restaurant called Telecafe situated about 207 meters above the ground and rotates every 30 minutes.
