The Reichstag building is a historical building in Berlin and is among Berlin's top tourist attractions. It is situated near the city's centre in Berlin, Germany, close to Alexanderplatz The tower was completed in 1969. It has an observation deck and a rotating restaurant in the Berliner Fernsehturm sphere. The observation deck, also named panoramic floor is located at 203 meters high and its visibility is 42 kilometres when it's a clear day. Visitors must take the lift to go to the tower sphere. Alternately it is possible to climb 986 steps. There's also a restaurant named Telecafe, which is just around 207 metres above ground and is scheduled to rotate each 30 min.
